These are our general terms. The binding version is the German AGB — this is a translation for information.
The core points.
Registration is written and processed in the order received. Fees are due before the course starts and remain due even if individual sessions are missed. Tutoring can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
You may withdraw within 14 days of contract in writing, up to the start of the course. Courses shorter than three months are not cancellable; longer courses can be cancelled with 6 weeks' notice to the end of the first three months.
We do not accept liability for missing exam prerequisites or for personal belongings of participants.
